In a nutshell
I am an artist, art historian and heritage consultant with two master degrees from NTNU university in Trondheim (one in art history and one in urban planning, click to read them) who has worked as a professional translator and interpreter from Italian and Norwegian to English from 1990 to 2010, while also working as a professional artist (click to see webpage). After translating so many articles about art and architecture I have wanted to become more expert in the subjects I have translated. Since my return to Norway I have authored and published articles in magazines and books on history and heritage preservation, guidebooks on built heritage and architecture and heritage reports.
